Lighting Quality & Office Worker Productivity

The Light Right Consortium performed a research study in Albany, NY and found that occupant comfort increased by 15–20% with the use of indirect lighting, wallwashing and personal dimming control. Additionally, occupants with dimming control of their workstation-specific dimming control had increased motivation and were able to sustain their persistence and vigilance over time, as compared to those without any control of the lighting.
