The Lighting Satisfaction Survey Tool is designed to be simple and
secure. If your organization is interested in gathering information
about your lighting, the first step is to find a point person who
will be designated as the "Survey Manager." The Survey
Manager will be the person to set up the project in the online system
and send out the email to the respondents. Once you have identified
this point person, the steps are as follows:
1. Create
your Survey Manager's account by registering in the webtool.
Password
information is sent via email.
2. Determine how you will
use the survey-- as a before-and-after measurement
tool, a
diagnostic tool, or to compare different kinds of lighting systems.
3. Provide background information
including the name, location and
dates of
your survey.
4. Invite your survey participants
using an email message that contains
the weblink.
An example template is provided with text that assures the respondents
that participation
is voluntary and anonymous. The user-friendly survey takes only
10
minutes
to complete.
5. At the conclusion of the
survey period, you can access the results from
the Reports
page. Your company results are secure and inaccessible
by others.
A range
